Free to use. No credit card. If you are a clinician
exora is a patient-owned record, so nothing here happens without your patient choosing it. What verification gives you is the ability to act as a clinician once they do.
- Patients arrive prepared. Instead of a shoebox of PDFs, a unified history - with every extracted fact linked back to its source document.
- You only ever see what a patient shares. Being verified grants no access to anybody's record by default. The patient shares specific records, for as long as they choose, and can revoke at any time.
- Verification runs off the AHPRA register and is open to every AHPRA-registered profession - doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, physiotherapists, psychologists, dentists and more. You claim your registration, then your identity is confirmed through review.
- Work mode keeps the two apart. The patients who share with you sit in a separate working context, kept completely apart from your own personal health record.
- Notes you write are marked as clinician-confirmed when a patient grants write access, distinguishing them from notes the patient or a family member wrote.

Built for Australian healthcare
- Australian data residency. Stored in Sydney on Australian-hosted infrastructure, subject to Australian law.
- Encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3.
- Row-level security. Every query is scoped to the authenticated user at the database level - no user can reach another user's data, including exora staff.
- No training on patient data by any AI provider, under our paid commercial agreements.
- Patients own it. Delete the account and everything is permanently removed within 30 days.
